Michael Lorsch, from The Table Group, February 15th at 8am presents  a 3 hour workshop on Patrick Lencioni’s “The Five Dysfunctions of a Team” and how as a business owner you are able to translate the model into action and create a greater level of  organizational health. In addition, members and guests will then learn the process for imbedding organizational health into their company. These steps include:
  • Creating a cohesive leadership team (through application of the Five Dysfunctions model)
  • Creating organizational clarity
  • Overcommunicating organizational clarity
  • Reinforcing organizational clarity with human systems
